Sampler of the Month

Here at The Embroiderer we are going to feature a different Sampler every month and it will be available at a discounted price.

It will be offered where possible as a Chart only with a separate deal for fabric and for threads.

Sometimes it might be a kit if that is the only option available, though we should be able to find enough charts to keep you happy.

We will get in a limited supply for each month and the offer will only be for the duration of the month and then we will move on to the next one so you need to check in each month.

The designs will always be available later but not at the discounted rate.

 

Sampler of the Month

Tracy says:

This is an interesting sampler. There are multiple options.

You can work this very pretty sampler as shown. It has a lovely collection of alphabets and an array of flower motifs. Example shown is stitched on 35# Edinburgh

With DMC 223 Old Rose. You could also use French Blue and that would be equally pretty.

Then there is the option of reversing the effect by working light on dark. The example below shows ecru on a burgundy fabric, but I think ecru on Charcoal would look great.

You would need to use a different count linen for that as Edinburgh doesn’t come in many colours but there is a good range of colours in Belfast, Cashel or Permin linens.

Here is your chance to think outside the square.

 

There is also the option for the cat version of the sampler which is a slight variation as you can see below. We don’t have that in at present but could order it for you.
